Touch of Choyce, LLC is committed to providing quality service with transparency. Please review the following:

1. Custom Pricing: All services are subject to change based on the size and condition of the home or task. Pictures are required when inquiring for an accurate estimate. We do not provide quotes based solely on word of mouth.
    
2. Cleaning Time Limits: After the initial time covered in the Basic ($150) and Deluxe ($300) packages, an hourly rate will apply. This hourly rate will be discussed before any work begins, and a service agreement must be signed.
    
3. Client Budget Flexibility: Clients may request that services stop at a specific time to remain within their desired budget.
    
4. Unsatisfactory Results: Clients have 24 hours to report any concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to return and correct the issue.
    
5. Refund Policy: No full refunds will be issued if our team has performed the work. Partial refunds may be considered only if the client does not want us to return and resolve the issue.
    
6. Material Costs: Prices listed for TV mounting and handyman services do not include materials. We can assist with purchasing items for an additional fee.
    
7. Short-Term and Commercial Cleaning: These services are highly variable and require a walkthrough or virtual consultation for pricing.
